Availability and fabrication

Pieces with confirmed availability are ready for immediate handover, arranged with your advisor. Made-to-order fabrication takes 15–20 business days. The start date and specifications are documented with your advisor. Shipping is arranged separately according to the destination and carrier. Cost, payment arrangements and delivery timing are agreed with your advisor before the purchase is confirmed.

A piece made for you

Your WhatsApp advisor documents the design, size, weight, metal, stones and other details in a specification sheet with your approvals. Subsequent modifications are reviewed before execution to explain their effect on price and timing.

Thread colour

Changing a woven bracelet’s thread colour has an additional cost, quoted for your acceptance before the service. This voluntary service is separate from a warranty claim.

Purchase certificate

The certificate records that Eternal Maison sold the piece and includes a purchase validation code. Keep your card and supporting records. If lost, contact your advisor to review the records; your statutory rights do not depend solely on the card.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact your advisor before changing or cancelling an order. We review the fabrication stage and applicable rights. Applying a balance toward another piece requires your agreement; it does not compulsorily replace any refund required by law. You can register your request through our service and claims form.
