What 18K, or 750, means
18K gold contains 750 parts of fine gold per 1,000. The Maison works with Colombian and Italian 18K gold; your advisor confirms the origin of each piece when that information is available.
Check the weight
The weight in grams is the weight of the 18K gold alloy, not of pure gold. Each piece page states the gold fineness and, where available, the weight in grams. Your advisor confirms missing weights before any payment. Hoop earring weights are per pair. The Eagle woven bracelet lists only the charm weight; your advisor confirms the total weight in 18K gold. Made-to-order weights are confirmed in the proposal.
Prices are in Colombian pesos
Our official prices are in COP. On the English site we show an approximate amount in US dollars, for reference only, using a reference rate equal to the official Colombian exchange rate (TRM) of the day plus 5%, with the USD amount rounded up to the next multiple of 5. Your advisor confirms the final total in COP before any payment.

Three ways to buy from abroad
Request a quote from wherever you are and confirm it with your advisor. Buy during your visit to Colombia. Or ask a family member or someone you trust in Colombia to buy or receive the piece on your behalf, with your written authorization: they show their original ID and sign the delivery record.
Made to order, with your dates in mind
If you would like a made-to-order piece during a trip, tell your advisor your dates at the start. The proposal confirms the design, approximate weight, price and timeline before anything is made.
Taking your jewelry home
Customs rules and duties depend on your country: check them with the official authorities before you travel. We do not publish international shipping terms; delivery is always arranged with your advisor.

Is the price in dollars final?
No. It is an approximation, for reference only. The final price is the one in COP that your advisor confirms.
Can someone else collect my piece?
Yes, with your written authorization sent from the number or email you registered with us. That person shows their original ID and signs the delivery record.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes: a lifetime guarantee on the purity of the gold. Wear from use, knocks and loss are not covered.
