Is the jewelry real gold?

Yes. We work in 18-karat gold (750 fineness): 750 parts gold per 1,000. Each piece page states the gold fineness and, where available, the weight in grams. Your advisor confirms missing weights before any payment.

How do I buy a piece?

Choose the piece and write to us on WhatsApp from its page. Your advisor confirms availability, size and the total price before agreeing on payment. For now, we do not take payments on this website.

I live outside Colombia. How can I buy?

There are three ways: request a quote from wherever you are and confirm it with your advisor; buy during a visit to Colombia; or ask a family member or someone you trust in Colombia to buy or receive the piece on your behalf, with your written authorization.

Do you ship outside Colombia?

Delivery, and its timing, is arranged with your advisor for each purchase. We do not publish international shipping terms: if you need the piece outside Colombia, ask your advisor before deciding.

Are prices in US dollars?

Our official prices are in Colombian pesos (COP). On the English site we show an approximate amount in US dollars, for reference only; your advisor confirms the final price in COP.

What does the guarantee cover?

A lifetime guarantee on the purity of the gold of every piece. Wear from use, knocks and loss are not covered.

Can you make a piece to my measurements?

Yes. We design and make engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants and initials in 18K gold from your idea.

Is the weight of the hoop earrings per earring or per pair?

Per pair. The weight shown for each pair of hoop earrings is for the complete pair.

Which ring sizes do you use?

US ring sizes. Our ring size guide shows the inside diameter and circumference of each size in millimeters.

Where are you based?

We are a jewelry house from Cali, Colombia. We serve clients privately by WhatsApp, video call and email.
