If you live outside Colombia
Share your travel dates or your plans with your advisor at the start: the proposal confirms the timeline before anything is made. A person you trust in Colombia can receive the piece on your behalf, with your written authorization.

How long does a made-to-order piece take?
It depends on the design. Your advisor confirms the timeline when sending the proposal, before anything begins.
Can I bring an idea or a reference photo?
Yes. We start from your idea and propose our own design in 18K gold.
How is the price set?
By the weight in 18K gold, the complexity and the stones you choose. You receive the price before you approve.
